Therapeutic Consultation
Programs are designed to complete assessments, design plans and teach staff and family members skills to enhance the individual's independence and remain in his/her home in the community. The specialty areas are psychology, behavioral consultation, therapeutic recreation, speech and language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and rehabilitation engineering. Programs offered are goods and services based on Smart Home technology that can be used in the individual's residence to support greater independence and self-determination. Personal Emergency Response System (PERS)
Program is a service that monitors the individual's safety in his/her home, and provides access to emergency assistance for medical or environmental emergencies through the provision of a two-way voice communication system that dials a 24-hour response or monitoring center upon activation and via the individual's home telephone system. (Personal Emergency Response System (PERS)s include the Building Independence, Family & Individual Supports and Community Living Waivers.)

Programs that provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals who have lost a limb and need pre-prosthetic care which includes wound and skin care, exercises and other activities to strengthen and condition the affected area and increase mobility skills, and other types of therapy to prepare them to make effective use of a prosthetic device. Some programs may also ensure the proper fitting of a prosthetic device and provide instruction in prosthesis utilization and safety techniques. Emotional support and patient and family education services are also part of the program.

Applied Behavioral Analysis
Programs that offer therapeutic interventions for children and adults with autism spectrum disorders that are based on the theory of applied behavior analysis that behavior rewarded is more likely to be repeated than behavior ignored. The therapy is designed to teach skills, from basic ones such as sleeping and dressing to more involved ones such as social interaction, but is also used to correct inappropriate repetitive, aggressive and/or dangerous behaviors that are associated with autism.
