Who We Are

The Lifeline program is a government assistance program that offers a monthly discount to qualified low-income customers. If you qualify for the Lifeline discount, you can save at least $9.25 per month on your Verizon monthly bill. As of August 2016, in Virginia only land lines qualify for this program

Only eligible customers may enroll in the Lifeline program and the program is limited to one discount per household. There are restrictions to the Lifeline program. Visit Lifeline Support  Find a Company Near You that offers the discount.  There will be a toll free number to call.

As part of the Lifeline program, the Tribal Link Up assistance provides eligible Tribal Land subscribers a discount that is 100% of the customer's one-time customary activation fee. It is limited to one time per home address per subscriber.
