Behavioral Health Resources, Education and Advocacy

Mental Health America of Fredericksburg offers an information and referral helpline to link people with behavioral health services, support groups, weekly in-home support for socially isolated elderly and suicide prevention in local schools, Mental Health First Aid training builds behavioral health literacy and helps the public identify, understand and respond to signs of behavioral health disorders.



Mental Health of America also offers public education and a lending library, as well as being a public policy advocate.
