Behavioral Supports

To be determined eligible, providers have scored at least 22 points on the survey and submitted the following: Copy of any employed or contracted behavioral interventionist license(s), examples of the behavioral data visualizations used by the agency, a copy of the agency’s training/retraining policy regarding behavioral training.

These providers have submitted evidence to verify that the following features are present in at least one service location: access to a qualified behavioral interventionist, support planning that aligns with behavioral needs, and consistent methods of measuring the effectiveness of the supports provided.
