Who We Are

360 Behavior Consulting offers Individual Family/Caregiver Training (IFCT) through experienced special educators and Board Certified Behavior Analysts who conduct seminars and advanced training to individuals and caregivers using Applied Behavior Analysis. As everyone learns differently, the goal is to individualize teaching to incorporate various learning styles, including auditory, visual, and hands-on activities. Depending on the unique needs of the individual and desires of the family members, a comprehensive Individual Family Caregiver Training plan will be developed to navigate the IFCT process. Topics include but are not limited to: Essential safety skills for the home and community, Functional Communication Training, sleep training, Assistive Technology, psychological flexibility, social skills, creating structured routines, community integration, personal hygiene, leisure skills, job readiness skills, interpersonal relationships, coping skills, and self-advocacy.

Other Eligibility Criteria
Services are for children and adults, aged 2 and older who have the Family and Individual Support (FIS) or the Community Living (CL) Developmental Disability (DD) waivers.
