Thrive Virginia provides emergency assistance to residents in the service area, especially those who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Emergency assistance includes food, rent, and utilities. Assistance may also include mortgage payments, gas cards, and child care.
This assistance is for residents living in the counties of New Kent, Charles City, King and Queen, King William, Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Caroline, Hanover, the City of Fredericksburg, and the Town of West Point. Residents must meet certain income requirements according to household members.
