Who We Are
Residential Services take place in a home or apartment that is operated by Cornerstone. The homes and apartments are beautifully decorated and situated in desirable neighborhoods and communities. Typically 2-3 people share a supported living apartment. Individuals who live in supported living apartments are provided with around-the-clock availability of staff, who are able to respond in a timely manner. Services are person-centered and provided by well-trained direct support professionals.

Other Eligibility Criteria
All of the following criteria are necessary for admission of the individual: 1. must be 18 years of age or older 2. have been diagnosed by a trained professional(s) 3. primary diagnosis is Developmental Disability with or without co-existing mental health disorders and, 4. services provided by Cornerstone have been determined to be appropriate for the individual.
