Who We Are
Elites Care, LLC provides in-home support services and independent living support services to individuals with developmental disabilities within their home and community. The main aim of the service is to assist these individuals through their day to day activities, empowering them to learn a skill and ultimately attain more independence performing most of, if not all, daily activities of living. At Elites Care, LLC we believe that services should be provided in the most integrated setting as possible (allowing every individual to perform activities with the most person centered approach), as compared to a group home setting helps the individuals feel more comfortable, and also enables the individuals to attain their goals faster and build on independent living skills.
