Sheltering Arms Institute is a state-of-the-science, 114-bed, rehabilitation hospital that blends advanced technology, research, and evidence-based clinical care to create superior outcomes for patients.

Sheltering Arms Institute's speech-language pathologists treat a wide variety of conditions including aphasia (difficulty understanding and expressing language), dysphagia (swallowing disorders), voice, cognition, communication, and are ready to help patients meet their goals.
While dealing with these issues can be physically and emotionally trying, clinicians will support and guide patients every step of the way. The team will evaluate and recognize the deficits impacting a patient's life by providing needed assessments and services.
