Baltay Residential & Behavioral Health Services, LLC along with Eagle Phoenix Residential & Behavioral Health Services, LLC have a mission to provide residential services for adults who have been diagnosed as having intellectual or developmental disabilities. They are dedicated to improving the quality of life for these individuals and to promoting choices in all areas of their life; residential, recreational, community involvement, and facilitating opportunities to seek employment. They believe all life holds value and each individual is entitled to the respect and dignity that should be afforded to all people. They are committed to assisting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve their highest level of independence and self-worth by providing needed services and supports.

The goals of the agency are to increase the residents' standard of living by helping them to develop and achieve their personal goals. They provide a clean, safe, healthy, and pleasant environment with healthy and nutritious meals in accordance with the residents' needs and preferences. The individuals will be supervised in the home and the community to monitor their health and safety, and to ensure the resident receives appropriate and timely medical care. Baltay staff teaches skills for residents to manage their daily activities, improve relationships with their peers, and develop positive social supports. Residents are assisted to recognize and adapt their behaviors to social norms and to identify interests and develop recreation skills to have fun in their home and community. They provide opportunities for residents to pursue their individual interests and hobbies. Support and transportation for residents are offered to access them to the community and its supports. Lastly, residents are encouraged to maintain contact with family, friends, and other supports outside of the home.
