The Choice Group is a positive behavior support facilitation (PBSF) that offers therapeutic consultation to provide expertise, training, and technical assistance to family members, caregivers, and providers to help support individuals with challenging behaviors.

The Choice Group’s Vocational Counselors are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide employment supports to clients who are working or seeking employment. The Choice Group’s administrative office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Intake Process
Individuals and/or family members contact their support coordinator at the Community Services Board and request that a referral be made to The Choice Group. To get more information regarding the services, please contact and ask to speak with someone.
