Who We Are
To help individuals with opioid use disorder, Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) launched a Medication Assisted Treatment program in 2017. This program provides targeted treatment to individuals dependent on opioids. The program combines medication with intensive outpatient support and helps individuals on the road to recovery by allowing them to develop and sustain work, relationships and hobbies.
Services include:
- Assessment of clinical and psychosocial needs, including physical health;
- Individual and group counseling;
- Connections with family support systems;
- Referrals to community services;
- Care coordination;
- Prescription monitoring;
- Medical services;
- REVIVE! Training for family members and individuals receiving services.
