Who We Are
The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC) is dedicated to improving the educational success of children and youth with disabilities and/or gifts and talents. CEC works to improve public policy affecting children and youth with disabilities and gifts and talents, their parents and the professionals who work with them, at all levels of government. CEC has journals and publications for special and gifted education that are available to the public.
