Who We Are

Rappahannock Area Community Services Board's  (RACSB) drug courts divert non-violent offenders from jail by offering substance use treatment over incarceration. The court helps individuals who have been arrested and who have a substance use disorder. The program includes frequent drug testing, substance abuse therapy, and supervision.

The Rappahannock Regional Adult Drug Treatment Court (RRADTC) has the capacity to serve 75 offenders. The RRADTC is an intensive outpatient program for nonviolent, substance dependent offenders, that lasts a minimum of one year. Criminal charges are dismissed upon successful completion of the Drug Court program. RACSB also developed a curriculum for the Drug Court to address co-occurring substance use and behavioral health disorders.

The Rappahannock Regional Juvenile Drug Treatment Court (RRJDTC) has the capacity to serve twenty participants.
