Who We Are

At Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB), the Parent Education Infant Development Program (PE-ID) is the service provider for the Infant and Toddler Connection of the Rappahannock Area. The Parent Education-Infant Development Program is an early intervention program for infants and toddlers with developmental delays.

The infant or toddler is assessed by staff members from various fields, including early childhood special education, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy and physical therapy.

RACSB offers a wide range of services aimed to minimize any developmental delays and to help children develop to their fullest potential. These services are provided in the child's home.
