Who We Are
Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB): Support Coordinators provide services to individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Services include:
- Coordination of care to facilitate access to the best quality of care;
- Assessment of the individuals’ needs, along with follow-up, advocacy, and other necessary assistance;
- Connection to resources such as Social Security benefits, housing, vocational training, and healthcare;
- Monitoring of progress to ensure satisfaction with services and to encourage the individual’s full participation in their community.
