Who We Are
The goal of Intensive In-Home Based Counseling is to ensure permanency and success in the home, by preserving and strengthening the family unit, while improving the individual's overall behavior and emotional stability.
Mental health support program provides instruction and counseling to individuals struggling with mental illness so that they may remain independent. Services are provided in the home and fit the individual's needs. The program is Medicaid funded and provided to eligible Medicaid recipients.
Provides organizational skill development; meal planning and wellness counseling; assistance with budgeting; self-care and hygiene instruction; stress management training; medication management; housekeeping skills; social and community skill development; assistance with community supports; and crisis response.
Services are offered in locations throughout the State.
