Telecommunications for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDI) provides information regarding telecommunications, information technology and emergency preparedness for the deaf.   The TDI publication program includes:

• Annual TDI National Directory and Resource Guide (Commonly known as The Blue Book)
• Quarterly TDI World magazine
• TDI eNotes electronic newsletter

Other resources include links to federal and state agencies; a glossary of abbreviations and acronyms; links to national and international organizations and associations; a list of vendors that sell TTYs, visual and tactile alerting equipment, assistive listening devices and systems; and other useful links, e.g., the U.S. Department of Justice ADA, Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Gallaudet University, and more.
