Who We Are

The Virginia Autism Resource Center (VARC) provides materials and information to parents and professionals working with persons with autism. If on-site consultation and/or evaluation is required, a referral will be made. All services are provided free of charge.

One of our skilled consultants can come to your home, school, program, or service agency. We will observe the person with autism or related disorder and provide recommendations to create a better program for that person. We can also facilitate meetings to help support teams come to a shared understanding of how to better serve an individual with autism or a related disorder. Training and Technical Assistance ---Numerous training sessions have been presented to groups on a variety of topics.
