Information on Lupus

Lupus Foundation, DC, MD VA Chapter offers free information about Lupus via phone, online, mail or fax. Provides free brochures and pamphlets. Sells books on Lupus. Also provides current information, educational programs, and outreach services to improve the quality of lives for people with lupus while also supporting research.



Members may rent Lupus-related video tapes for a $5 donation. Volunteers offer counseling on Social Security disability and health insurance. Outreach services include workshops, symposiums, self-help course, quarterly newsletter and reference library.



Volunteers can interpret written material or physician's instructions. Call for referral.
