Quality Insights, Renal Network 5 (formerly Mid-Atlantic Renal Coalition) is one of 18 Medicare-funded organizations in the US responsible for improving the quality of care delivered to patients with End Stage Renal Disease. We are a nonprofit corporation serving the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia.
