Who We Are
Information on crime victims' rights, information and referral to local services and crisis intervention is provided as needed. The Victims Services Section operates the toll-free statewide Virginia Crime Victim Assistance INFO- LINE. The INFO- LINE staff can:
Provide Information and Referral services to victims
Inform victims of their rights under Virginia's Crime Victim and Witness Rights Act; and
Provide crisis intervention, as needed
