4 Bed Group Home Residential

New Hope Support Services, LLC (NHSS) group home services provide assistance for individuals 18 and older who choose to live independently and require daily support in the home and community for living an engaged and quality life. Individuals served, qualify under the Community Living Waiver. The services are managed by a qualified developmental disabilities professional (QDDP) and staffed 24 hours/7 days a week by trained direct support professionals (DSPs). The four-bedroom home is well appointed and located in the city of roanoke with access to amenities for recreation, employment, shopping, entertainment, and others. The property is located in a residential community and has:

• spacious front, side, and backyard areas
• one-level residential living spaces
• large eat-in kitchen
• family room
• reading room

Individuals have their own private bedroom and all residential spaces are wheelchair accessible exterior and interior.

The residence is located in the city of Roanoke, but placements are eligible and accepted statewide. Public transportation is within a 10-minute walk from the residence and the home has a dedicated vehicle for assisting individuals in the home.
