Who We Are

Mountain View Residential, Inc. has a Barrow Hills group home located within the beautiful Smith Mountain Lake area. Residential services are provided in a group home setting. Individuals get on-site amenities including:

  • boat watching at the docks
  • a beach
  • two outdoor pools
  • an indoor pool
  • golfing
  • nature watching and a restaurant, Heath's Grill

Mountain View Residential, Inc. has two vans one of which has wheelchair accessibility. Direct Support Personnel (DSP) delivers services utilizing person-centered practices. All staff are gastrostomy tube trained, CPR/FA, therapeutic options, and HCBS rights trained. The director and residential supervisor are fluent in American Sign Language and are excited about the opportunity to serve individuals that are deaf, hard of hearing and have other language deficits.
