Free Tax Preparation, Prosper Tax Services, Rappahannock United Way

Rappahannock United Way (RUW) through Prosper Tax Services offers free Virginia income tax preparation for eligible residents.  Although RUW’s Free Tax Preparation program can assist with most returns, we must follow IRS guidelines and cannot prepare certain types of returns.  Taxpayers must bring a completed federal income tax return and supporting documents to the appointment.
