Who We Are
National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-SAFE or 1-800-799-7233. The TTY Hotline number is 1-800-787-3224. Deaf advocates are available from 9:00 am-5:00 pm PST, Monday through Friday. Hearing Advocates respond to callers through TTY and Relay Services twenty-four hours a day.
The hotline provides crisis information, safety planning, information about domestic violence and referrals to local service providers. Information also available by email. Hearing impaired please email DeafHelp@thehotline.org or visit our Deaf Outreach page.
Hotline advocates provide support and assistance to anyone involved in a domestic violence situation, including those in same-sex relationships, male survivors, those with disabilities and immigrant victims of domestic violence. All calls to the National Domestic Violence Hotline are anonymous and confidential.
