Who We Are

Creative Family Solutions, Inc.(a ResCare company) is a human service agency licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Services (DBDHS) that provides a variety of in-home service options to adults and children with approved Virginia Medicaid ID or DD Waivers. Our services include:

In-Home services are scheduled based on the individual's needs and preferences, and can be scheduled outside of typical business hours.

Intake Process
Please contact the main office at (540) 657-6120 to begin the referral process. Once a referral has been received, a qualified clinician will arrange a meeting with the consumer, their family/guardian, and any other interested parties to discuss service plan options specific to that individual.
