Who We Are
Critical Signal Technologies (CST) offers personal emergency response systems (PERS) in English and Spanish, fall detection (PERS), and medication management systems. Family members or rescue squad will be alerted with just one push of the button on a pendant worn on a neck cord or wrist band. A cellular option for the PERS is also available.
CST's fall detector will notify the monitoring station without having the button pushed when an individual falls. The Care Center provides immediate assistance. Family, friends and emergency services are alerted.
CST's medication management systems fit any situation, regardless of the number of medications, size of the pills, or even if over-the-counter pills, vitamins or other supplements are taken regularly. If the person fails to take his or her medication when it is dispensed, the system will automatically send a signal to the Care Center.
Care Centers are located in Novi, Michigan. The two Centers are fully redundant, HIPAA compliant and have multi-lingual staff.
