Who We Are
The McShin Foundation is a nonprofit community resource organization committed to serving individuals in their fight against the disease of addiction (alcoholism and other drug addictions). The Foundation serves as an information, funding, and housing referral resource for individuals and family members who are seeking treatment and recovery from diseases of addiction and alcoholism as well as related family illnesses. They disseminate objective information and prevention education programs to families, the public, community and civic groups, churches, schools, the media, and others. They also coach and mentor individuals seeking recovery and coordinate advocacy efforts to achieve broader public support for improved state, local, and federal alcohol and drug policies.
McShin Services include:
- Community Recovery Residence Program (CRRP) - 28-day recovery residence stay, consumer provides own food.
- Intensive Recovery Residence Program (IRRP) - 28-day recovery residence stay, medication-assisted detox with 28-day medical follow-up and substance abuse services
- Extended Recovery Residence Program (ERRP)- 90-day recovery residence stay, medication-assisted detox, and 28-day medical follow-up plus 90-day substance abuse services.
