Who We Are

The National Kidney Foundation can provide Uniform Donor Cards to those persons wishing to donate all or some of their organs after death. Offers information on benefits and procedures for donating organs. According to the Uniform Anatomical Gift Act, anyone who is 18 or older and of sound mind may become a donor when he or she dies. (Minors may become donors with a parent's or guardian's consent).
